Pest Control
Our general pest control provides protection inside your home against:
Fire Ants, Sugar Ants (Pharaoh Ants), Little Black Ants, Crazy Ants (Paratrechina Longicornis), Acrobat Ants, Argentine Ants, Big-Headed Ants, Ghost Ants, Large Yellow Ants, Odorous House Ants, Silverfish, Earwigs, Spiders, American Cockroaches, Brown-Banded Cockroaches, Smokey Brown Cockroaches, Oriental Cockroaches.
GENERAL PEST CONTROL: Our Initial Treatment:
It is far easier to keep the bugs away than it is to get rid of them, so the first treatment for the program is different than the maintenance services. We would schedule a time to come out to your residence and treat both the interior and exterior of the home. This includes spraying the baseboards on the interior as well as a spray along the exterior perimeter. We would then granulate into the yard about 3-4 feet from the house forming a barrier that the insects would need to pass through before entering the home. The cost of this initial service with a maintenance contract is $75.00 + tax. This service is also offered as a one-time pest control for $150.00 (+ tax) and comes with a 60 day warranty.
Maintenance*:
Our maintenance services are done on a bi-monthly basis. We try to apply as little chemical to the interior of the home as possible so all houses on the maintenance program receive the regular services on the exterior of the structure only. We would return every two months and repeat the treatment on the exterior by spraying the outside and granulating into the grass. The maintenance fees are made on a monthly basis of $38.25 (+ tax). *Please note that a contract is required to have ongoing maintenance at the discount rate mentioned above.
Warranty:
As long as your home is on our maintenance plan, it is under warranty. If at any time you begin to see any insects covered in our general pest control on the interior of the home, we will schedule to re-spray the inside at no cost to you.
*Prices quoted are for homes up to 3600 square feet. Please call for pricing if your home is above 3600 sq. feet.
